针对模糊环境下多准则群决策存在的问题,考虑决策者犹豫性与有限理性的基础上,将经典TODIM法扩展至毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊环境,提出了一种基于毕达哥拉斯犹豫模糊TODIM的多准则群决策方法.首先,用毕达哥拉斯模糊数描述决策信息,引入基于犹豫度的Hamming距离.其次,提出模糊环境下非特异性熵确定专家权重;结合考虑准则相互关联G1-CRITIC法得出准则权重.此外,运用符合决策者思维习惯的TODIM法进行评价.最后,通过新能源汽车企业智能制造水平评价的案例、敏感性分析和对比分析,验证所提出方法的可行性及有效性.
Abstract:Regarding the problems existing in multi-criterion group decision making in a fuzzy environment, considering the decision maker's hesitation and bounded rationality, the classical TODIM method is extended to the Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy environment, and a multi-criterion group decision-making method based on Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy TODIM is proposed. Firstly, the decision information is described by Pythagorean fuzzy numbers, and the Hamming distance based on hesitation degree is introduced. Secondly, the determination of expert weights by non-specific entropy in a fuzzy environment is proposed, and the criterion weights are obtained by combining the G1-CRITIC method that considers the interrelation of the criteria. In addition, the TODIM method, which conforms to the thinking habits of decision makers, is used for evaluation. Finally, through case studies, sensitivity analysis and comparative analysis of the intelligent manufacturing level evaluation of new energy vehicle enterprises, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified.
